Immediate Fulfillment Process: Once your payment is successfully processed, our team begins work on your project immediately. This includes strategizing, planning, resource allocation, and executing the services as outlined in your agreement with us.
Scope of Work: The specific services provided are tailored to your business and outlined in your contract with Amid Media. These services may include creative development, campaign management, content creation, and performance tracking, among others.
Timely Delivery: We are committed to delivering all aspects of your marketing campaign in a timely manner. Should there be any changes or delays in the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work with you to address any concerns.
Month-to-Month Contracts: Our services operate on a flexible month-to-month contract basis, giving you the freedom to evaluate our performance without long-term commitment. This arrangement ensures that you can adapt your marketing strategy as your business needs evolve.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your services at any time by providing a 30 day written notice to [email protected].
Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred after the cancellation is processed.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services we provide, our refund policy is structured to reflect the non-tangible, time-sensitive, and resource-intensive aspects of our work:
Non-Tangible Services: Our services are non-tangible and begin immediately after payment is confirmed. This means we allocate resources, time, and expertise to your project from the moment payment is received. As such, our services are considered rendered once payment is processed.
No Refund Policy (Default): Payments made to Amid Media are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain the high level of service and dedication we provide to all clients.
Exceptions – Clearly Stated Offers Only: While our blanket policy is that all sales are final, some products, programs, or offers may include a specific refund guarantee or window. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If no such statement is provided for the product or service you purchased, the default no refund policy applies.

2. Payments & Billing
All payments are due as stated in your invoice, checkout page, or contract.
Services may begin immediately upon payment, and therefore are generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to process charges for the agreed amount.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payment.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Default Policy: All sales are final unless a specific refund guarantee is clearly stated for a particular product, program, or offer.

We do not guarantee results or income from our services. Your success depends on your own effort, business model, industry, and many factors beyond our control.
We do not promote “get rich quick” schemes.
